About

Who builds MosenAI: a product of Leanicon, an AI product studio

MosenAI is created by Leanicon, a studio that runs its own AI products end to end and holds them to the same standard as its clients'. Here is who builds it, how it is built and what you can rely on.

The studio

A studio that ships what it would put its own name on

Leanicon builds AI products, its own and its clients'. It is not an agency and not a retainer: work is scoped to outcomes and priced per delivery, never per hour. MosenAI is the first product built inside the studio, so it carries the same team, method and standard as everything else Leanicon makes.

Logo

The team behind it

Held to the standard the studio sets for everyone else

Iconic products are not the result of more effort. They are the result of a shorter list of things done without compromise. This is the list that applies to MosenAI.

If we would not ship it under our own name, we do not build it

The rule applies to client work and to MosenAI alike, and it is the reason the product is finished before it reaches you.

People own the architecture and the review

Agents do the implementation, and humans do the architecture and the review. Speed only counts if what it leaves behind is worth maintaining.

Specified before it is built

What "done" means is written down while it is still cheap to argue about it, so ambiguity does not become a defect later.

Costs known before launch

What it costs to serve a user, and how long the gap takes to close, are answered before launch and not after.

How it is built

Four stages before anything reaches you

The method behind MosenAI is the one the studio uses for everything it builds.

Thesis

Who it is for, what breaks today, why now and what would have to be true for it to work. If the thesis does not survive our own scrutiny, nothing else happens.

Spec

A spec you can disagree with, written before the build starts.

Build

velocity without debris, with agents implementing and people reviewing.

Launch

Positioning, the landing surface and the first channel are part of the build, not a phase bolted on afterwards.

What you can rely on

Specific claims, not badges

We would rather answer a hard question directly than publish a page that answers an easier one. These are the places where we say exactly what is true.

Where your data lives

EU residency enforced in the infrastructure, a dedicated encryption key per customer and no training on your content

Read the Trust page

Control you can reverse

Roles you configure, and standing instructions for every agent that are versioned and roll back in one move.

Read about platform fundations

A record of everything an agent did

Every interaction, tool call and escalation is logged and exportable, kept separate from the conversations.

Book a demo and ask how it is built, what it does and what it doesn't.
