AI knowledge base: answers from your own material, with the source cited
An agent with no grounding is a confident stranger. One with a knowledge base answers from what your organisation actually wrote down and shows you the page it came from. Upload files, write documents in the app or connect the drive they already live in, and keep every client's material apart.

Upload it, write it, or connect it
Material arrives three ways. Upload files such as PDFs, text, Markdown and images that need reading. Write documents inside the app. Or connect a source you already keep and let it sync on a schedule, so the answer tracks the document rather than a copy taken once.

Checked, indexed and kept apart
Everything uploaded is scanned for malware before it is used, and refused outright if the scanner is unavailable. It is then broken into passages, summarised per document and per source, and indexed in a partition reserved for your organisation alone, in our own EU-hosted search index.

How an answer is grounded
More than search, and less than a guess
Retrieval is tuned rather than assumed. The agent is told how confident it should be, and the person reading can check.
Citations on every answer
The agent says which document the answer came from, so the person asking can open it and check rather than take it on trust.
A grounding score
How well the answer is supported by the material behind it, so a thin answer is visible as thin instead of sounding confident.
Tuned retrieval
Reranking, diversity and multi-turn context are built in, and feedback from real conversations feeds back into what gets retrieved.
Sources that stay current
A connected source syncs on a schedule, so a procedure updated this morning is what the agent answers from this afternoon.
A client's own documents never surface in another client's portal
This is the control that decides whether you can put an agent in front of your clients at all. A knowledge source is either shared across your organisation or private to one client account, and the agent answering in a portal can only reach what that account is entitled to.
- Shared across the organisation, or private to one account, decided per source and not per question.
- Every upload is scanned before it is indexed, and refused if the scanner cannot run.
- Indexed in a partition reserved for your organisation, in our own EU-hosted search index.
