Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses that use MosenAI.

  1. Who this is between. MosenAI Solutions S.L. ("we") and the business that signs up ("you"). The service is for businesses and professionals, not consumers.
  2. Accounts. You are responsible for who you give access to, for the roles you configure and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
  3. The service. We provide the platform described on this website. We may improve and change it, and will give notice of changes that materially reduce what you rely on [period].
  4. Your content. It stays yours. You give us the right to process it only to provide the service and as you instruct. You are responsible for having the right to use it, including a lawful basis for the personal data in it and consent where you record meetings.
  5. Your data. Our data protection commitments are in the [Data processing agreement], which forms part of these terms.
  6. AI outputs. Agents can make mistakes. You choose where approval steps and handovers to a person sit, and you remain responsible for decisions made using outputs. MosenAI doesn't give legal, tax, financial or clinical advice, and shouldn't be used as a substitute for a qualified professional's judgement.
  7. Acting in other systems. When you connect a system or give an agent a credential, you authorise it to act there. You confirm that you are permitted to do so under that system's own terms, and you can withdraw the credential at any time.
  8. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no attempts to break isolation between customers or bypass limits, no malware, and no use to harm, harass or deceive people.
  9. Fees. As shown on the pricing page or in your order form.
  10. Confidentiality. Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement.
  11. Intellectual property. We keep the platform and our materials. You keep your content and what you build with the tools, apart from our underlying software.
  12. Availability and support.
  13. Disclaimers. Except where the law doesn't allow it, the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  14. Liability.
  15. Term and ending. Either side may end for serious breach. On exit you can export your data, and we delete it within 6 months unless the law requires otherwise.
  16. Governing law. Spanish law, with the courts of Madrid, unless your order form says otherwise.
  17. Changes and contact. We will tell you about material changes before they apply.
